Refund Policy
If Paul Bunyan Professional is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase or of a renewal charge. You do not need to give a reason, though it helps us to know.
How to ask
Open a ticket on the support page and choose your order. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
What happens to your key
- A refunded first purchase cancels the license key. Professional switches itself off on your sites at its next daily check. The free Paul Bunyan plugin, and everything it has already recorded, keep working.
- A refunded renewal takes back only that year. The key returns to the end date it had before the renewal.
After 14 days
Payments are not refundable after 14 days, except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time under My Account → Subscriptions, and your key keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback is treated as a refund request and cancels the key.
