Plans and prices

Professional is sold as a yearly plan for 1, 10 or 50 live sites, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time you buy. Prices are in US dollars. Staging, development and local copies of a licensed site do not count as sites.

What you get

• a license key for the number of sites in your plan, shown on the order confirmation, in the order email and under My Account → Licenses
• the plugin download, under My Account → Licenses, for as long as the key is current
• updates, delivered to your WordPress Plugins screen, while the plan is current
• support tickets, answered within 1 business day, while the plan is current

Everything is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped.

Automatic renewal

Plans renew automatically every year, on the anniversary of your purchase, at the price of your plan at that time, using the payment method on file. The same key is extended, so nothing on your sites changes. We email you a few days before each renewal, and send a receipt when it is charged. If a renewal payment fails, we retry it, and the key keeps working while we do.

Canceling

You can cancel at any time under My Account → Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; your key keeps working, with updates and support, until the end of the year you paid for. After that, Professional keeps working on the sites it is activated on, without updates or support, until you renew.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase or a renewal charge, through the support form. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

• A refunded first purchase cancels the key, and Professional switches itself off on your sites at its next daily check. The free plugin, and everything already recorded, keep working.
• A refunded renewal takes back only that year. The key returns to the date it had before the renewal.

After 14 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. A chargeback is treated as a refund request and cancels the key.

Changing plans

To move to a plan with more or fewer sites, open a ticket through the support form and we will set it up.

Taxes

Prices do not include sales tax or VAT. Where we are required to collect tax, it is added at checkout.

Your account

Buying creates an account on diamondsierra.com with the email address you use at checkout. Keep your sign-in private: anyone with it can see your keys and download the plugin. Do not share your license key; see the license agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy or renew applies to that purchase. Changes to renewal prices are announced by email before they apply to your renewal.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts for Hillsborough County, Florida.
