What it means
Paul Bunyan hit the same trouble five times inside ten minutes and stopped recording, so that it could not make things worse. Nothing is recorded until it is switched on again.
What to do
The message gives the reason. If it was its own cost, lower "Trace this percent of requests" or the discovery rate, or raise the safety limit in Settings, then switch it back on. If the log table could not be written, check the database first.
