What it means
WordPress loads every "autoloaded" option at the start of each request, whether the page needs it or not. Above about 800 KB this slows every page, cached or not, and wastes memory.
What to do
The list names the largest. They usually belong to a plugin that stores logs or caches in the options table, or to a plugin removed long ago. Remove leftovers; for the rest, the plugin author can switch autoload off.
