What it means
Results that WordPress could remember between requests (options, posts, menus) are fetched from the database again every time.
What to do
If the host offers Redis or Memcached, switch it on with its WordPress plugin. It matters most on sites with logged-in users, WooCommerce, or more than about 100 queries per page. A brochure site behind a page cache gains little.
