On this page
What it means
Two requests in a row for the home page, as a logged-out visitor, were both built from scratch. Every visitor pays the full build time and processor cost.
What to do
Turn on page caching in the caching plugin or at the host, then press "Test page cache" again. If caching is on, something is preventing it: a cookie set on every page, a no-cache header, or a query string.
